Returns & Refunds

At La Molienda Food Inc., we are committed to providing the highest quality Latin American products to our valued customers. 

As a distributor, our return and refund policies are designed to address exceptional cases, keeping in mind the nature of our products and the wholesale nature of our business.

Our return policy applies to orders made for delivery only.

Requests for returns must be initiated within 7 days after delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds after this period (exceptions may apply for delays caused by circumstances outside our control).

Conditions for Returns:

Products must remain unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team by phone at +1 (587) 538- 8440 option 1 or at customer.service@lamolienda.ca. Please consider that all return requests must be approved before shipping the items back to us.

Note: Returns are not accepted at any of our physical distribution centers.

Important Notes:

Refunds are only available for regular-priced items; sale or clearance items are non-refundable.

Any shipping fees associated with the return will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you experience delays in receiving a refund, please:Check with your bank or credit card provider for updates.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our Customer Service team at customer.service@lamolienda.ca for further assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items are non-returnable, including:

Perishable goods, such as tortillas, cheese, frozen foods, chilis, pulps, baked goods, and ready-to-eat items. Specially ordered products or bulk items.

Refund Process

If your return is approved: We will inspect the returned items upon receipt.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged during delivery.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns valued over CAD $75.

Stolen or Lost Shipments

La Molienda Food Inc. is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.

Deliveries are made between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM local time.
