We understand, however, that some customers may prefer to receive their orders sooner or manage pickup themselves. For added flexibility, we offer the option to pick up your order directly from our store.

What are your office hours?

La Molienda is open on weekdays from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays.

How can I place an order?

How long does it take to receive my order?
  • Calgary: Delivery within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Edmonton: Delivery within 4 to 5 business days.

For other locations, we currently offer pickup at our Calgary location. Delivery and Pickup services in Metro Vancouver will be available soon.

Do you offer your services outside of Vancouver, Calgary & Edmonton?

Currently, we offer delivery services only in Calgary and Edmonton. Pickup is available at our Calgary location, and we plan to expand services to the Metro Vancouver area soon.

Can I pick up at your warehouse?

Yes, orders can be picked up at our Calgary location at 947 28 Street NE, Calgary, AB T2A 7X1. Pickup services in Metro Vancouver will be available in the near future.

What products do you offer?

We specialize in Latin food products, offering a wide variety of items such as dry goods, beverages, frozen foods, snacks, and specialty items for restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes. For additional information please contact our customer service team.

Do you require a minimum order size?

Yes, for delivery orders, we require a minimum purchase of [$200] in Calgary and [$250] in Edmonton. For pickup orders, there is no minimum.

What payment methods do you accept?

For delivery, we accept payments via credit cards. For pickup orders, payment can be made at the time of the order or upon receiving your order at our location.

How can I become a customer?

To become a customer, you can fill out the new customer registration form on our website or contact us directly via phone or email. New customers may need to provide business details and any required documentation.
